Requirements are in Issues\lims-xml-dtd folder The changes as per requirements document are in Dev for Regs.

[ ] New type Agreement is non-italic so change to PDFmaker is needed https://github.com/justicecanada/lims-pdf-maker/issues/40 PDFmaker
[ ] Citation type need to be removed from Regs DTD and from Bills DTD
[ ] Reference-levels for Act or Reg appear on the menu but only apply to those two types, not the others, but they do not get applied when selected
[ ] same changes need to be made to Statute and FLICS dtds
[ ] HoC and GC need to be made aware of new Type Canada Gazette and Agreement which I will do
