CIFnobold attribute being replaced by CIF in Update FLICS DTD macro #44

If CIFnobold attribute is used in a file, when the Update FLICS DTD macro is run it gets replaced by CIF. The macro should leave the CIFnobold attribute if it is in the file and not replace with the CIF attribute when the transform is run.
