Handle bad parameters for /clock in and /clock out #33

Right now I get messages like the following when I give a bad parameter for /clock in or /clock out.

Darn - that slash command didn't work (error message: 500_service_error). Manage the command at /clock.

As a user I should never see such a sad message, and instead a more friendly message should be displayed prompting me to try again.
