This pr adds a parenthetical summary of sliced time when the user types /clock entries, just like what the user would expect to see from /clock report.
Also introduced with this pr is support for a user's personal time zone as stored on the user's Contact record, at least for the /clock entries command if not other commands. #24 is still hugely necessary to make sure all commands support not only non-East Coast time zones but also changes in a user's time zone.
