Request Draggable Marquee #93

I have gone through the issues and documentation, found nothing about the marquee being draggable. I would love to have the marquee be draggable where the user could simply drag the marquee to either side and see what's there.

This would be an amazing feature! I love this package and that is the only thing its missing in my opinion.

I am using "embla-carousel-react" now with "embla-carousel-auto-scroll" and it works perfectly and it's exactly what I needed.
