Does not work with UI Bootstrap v2.5.0 #12

Hi, I wanted to report that the current version of ui-iconpicker (0.1.4) does not work with the version 2.5.0 of UI Bootstrap. Is there a way the script can be upgraded so that it works well with v2.5.0 of UI Bootstrap?
