'add function' command completely replaces the contents of the current buffer #2

Rather than just adding a function definition to the buffer. If I call it a second time, it replaces the first function definition it just inserted.

Which major mode and version of Serenade are you using?

python-mode and latest Mac version of Serenade, non-pro version.
