`TaskExtractorConfig.save` appears to not work (and also be untested and possibly unused). #116

The appropriate solution may be to just remove it?

I believe it is unused - do you see a use case? Also I am guessing the docstring was for load

It doesn't matter, of it doesn't work now and isn't used now we should delete it
