User settings #15

Allow users to alter their settings by visiting a new settings page. Users should be able to edit:

[ ] Account name (account ID should not be able to be altered)
[ ] Password
[ ] Favourite games
[ ] Notifications
[ ] TBA

Extension:

[ ] Alteration of email
[ ] Account deletion

should we allow alteration of email? turn notifs on or off? also does account deletion fall under here

I reckon allowing alteration of email would be good, but not needed, so maybe an extension feature. Turning on and off notifications is definitely an important one. And yeah I think account deletion would be good, but again not required I spose.
