General endpoint for getting lobby data

May need to make a general endpoint for getting lobby data

In case we implement private lobbies, we need to verify the user requesting the data (maybe with their session cookie)

TODO:

[x] Figure out URL for getting lobby data (maybe "/get-lobby-data")
[x] Figure out query strings needed (need to be able to specify the lobby id and for lobby searching to get a number of lobby data for rendering multiple cards, could also include tags for filtering in the query string)
[x] Create data_routes.py for endpoints that are meant for getting data or handling AJAX requests

[ ] Update response json to match database/models when they're set up
[ ] Query the database and add lobby data to data_to_send
[x] Maybe move make_request() to another file since it can be used for other tests
