Should be pulling from the database to see each of the lobbies. Search should be functioning correctly too.

Tasks:

[ ] Should be able to see each lobby (capping out at a certain quantity on the page)
[ ] Search should pull from tags on each lobby
[ ] TBA

Will be completed as part of other issues, so removing this as too nondescript.
