removed additional introductory lab #1

I'm pretty sure that advanced labs, even those that are requirements for the major, count as an additional introductory lab. So by taking Bi 1x or BE 196a or BE 189, one satisfies that requirement (however I'm only like 70% sure of this). I just redistributed the HSS units, but I think it might make more sense to move some of the BE classes from year 4 winter. That would also add a BE class to sophomore year, which is something we had talked about.

The language in the Catalog on this issue says

All students are required to take at least 12 units of laboratory work in experimental science during their freshman and sophomore years. Ch 3 a (6 units) or Ch 3 x (6 units) shall be taken during the freshman year. The additional 6 units must be chosen from one of the following: APh/ EE 9 ab (6 units), APh 24 (6 units), Bi 10 (6 units), Ch 4 ab (9 units), Ch 8 (9 units), Ch/ChE 9 (9 units), EE/ME 7 (6 units), Ge 116 (9 units), Ph 3 (6 units), Ph 5 (9 units), Ph 8 bc (6 units), or a more advanced laboratory. Computational laboratory courses may not be used to satisfy this requirement.

Yes, advanced labs would fulfill the requirement, but by the letter of the law, they would have to be taken in the freshman of sophomore year. I will check into this with the registrar and re-evaluate this PR after I hear back.
