Move x1d files to the filesystem during ingest #6

Currently, ingest_hstlc only moves corrtag files over from the ingest directory to the filesystem. However, since the x1d files are needed during ingest, it would be wise to keep these files in the filesystem as well, in case the filesystem needs to be reset and re-ingested.
