debian package #211

Allows to create unofficial Debian packages,with the following command:

fakeroot debian/rules clean binary

The file debian/copyright needs more work. The file debian/changelog is just an dummy example.

You could find generated packages at: https://github.com/fperrad/debian/tree/master/amd64
