Replace Ananke Hugo theme #23

I've already overridden many pieces of it. I can probably just replace the whole thing so that I have even greater freedom to do things my way.

Once incentive to remove Ananke is that it uses Tachyons which I constantly struggle with, perhaps because I'm just not familiar with it.
