LICEcap can not inert Chinese characters #1

Hi LICEcap team,your product is very cool! I found that one can insert a short text when pause it,that is very nice,but there is a pity that it displays nothing when the text inserted are Chinese characters(maybe also happens in other languages I think).

The whole program seems to be written without Unicode (as Microsoft means it: i.e. wide character use on Windows) in mind.

@justinfrankel what do you use to build the OSX version of your tool? I'm afraid I don't have easy access to a Mac. But I could attempt to patch up the existing code (and project) such that it builds as a wide-character-aware program. Thing is, you may have to adjust some of my changes afterward to make it work on OSX. Do you accept pull requests?
