Blank recording and preview #133

Recording and Preview are blank Only cursor is captured

Windows 11 x64 Version 10.0.22621 Build 22621

Processor: Intel i9 13900k GPU: RTX 4090

Sorry, I found there was another application interfering with licecap.

The software "Mica For Everyone".

Thankfully there is options to add rules for certain applications in Mica For Everyone.

Create a new "process rule" for licecap and then change "Backdrop type" to "none".
