feature request: automatically append date and time into the file name #44

Sometimes we forget to change the file name of the new gif created by this app. It'd be very handy if the output file name is created with current date and time automatically appended, so the new file won't replace the older file. For example: licecap_record_2018-03-22_22.33.11.gif
