Windows 8.1 v1.28 install does not create shortcuts under current standard user account #66

Windows 8.1 Pro x64 standard user account

https://www.cockos.com/licecap/licecap128-install.exe Install desktop icon and start menu checked

The icons were not created either place. I had to dig into the program dir to run the program.

So it seems it created the icons under the admin user when installing through the standard user with UAC elevation.

Is there a way to get NSIS to create the icons under the current user ?
