Compute multiple transfers #16

Changes the guest + the pallet so they allow multiple transfers to be computed.

Adjusts the input to take signed transfer transactions from a local json file
Adapts the CLI code to take sender, recipient, balance and output json which you can place in the local JSON file
Adjusts the rest of the code to allow for proving multiple transactions(without recursive proofs, for now)
