Revert "Merging JGL" #12

Reverts justingardner/mgl#9

Moving JGL back to a separate branch. Our (arman/dan) workflow will now be:

Create new branches off of the jgl branch, then merge back into the jgl branch. When we have everything working fully we will merge jgl back completely into mgl.
