Adding a table to show all user credit balances #17

Admin quick scan of user balance

Line 91 is now active. Issue coming up when user credit are added the information update needs a refresh to show current data thus the need to hit save changes button.

PS: a sortable table would be most suitable Ref: https://datatables.net/examples/styling/bootstrap.html
