Processing Error during Checkout - Funds still debited #8

During checkout, some users receives "processing error” message, but the funds are debited from the virtual wallet and the item (digital files) are not delivered to user. This issue does not happen with all transactions, only some.

I have tested and tested this. Are you talking about the users not getting the email for their download?

Hi Justin,

Thank you again for looking into this! The customer gets the Pending Error message and their order never completes - in the admin panel the order shows as Processing, and I’ve had to manually mark it as Complete for the customer to get the download email and access to their link in their account. But the funds were debited from the virtual wallet….I’ll see if I can’t recreate it on my end to show you.

That would be awesome. I will continue to test after I do some more updates to the plugin as well.

Hi Justin,

Thank you for the new updates to this plugin! I have so far been unable to re-create the user checkout error mentioned previously, if it does occur again I will definitely let you know!

I’m sorry to bother your again, but I did come across another issue. I was trying to use your shortcode to display the user’s wallet balance on the My Account page (which uses the WooCommerce my account shortcode). My theme uses a page builder and I am trying to place the shortcode in the 3rd block of content so it will appear beneath order history, however no matter where I place the shortcode, it is always displayed at the very top of the page.

I also tried creating a separate page just for My Wallet Balance, but I ran into the same problem - the wallet balance appears above anything else that I try to put on the page.

See screen shots attached. Any advice you can offer is greatly appreciated!!
