image Firstly I only installed mod_readaloud, it showed errors as above, then I also installed and configured filter_poodll, the errors still exsits. I'm running Moodle 3.10 on Nginx. Is there some rewrite rules I should add to the nginx site conf file?

No there is nothing for you to do at your end. The JS that loads with ReadAloud is shared with some other plugins and I think those missing images are from something else. I am not quite sure why it is loading there though. Its a bit rough, but I think you can ignore those requests as harmless. I will see if I can stop them getting called
