No there is nothing for you to do at your end. The JS that loads with ReadAloud is shared with some other plugins and I think those missing images are from something else. I am not quite sure why it is loading there though. Its a bit rough, but I think you can ignore those requests as harmless. I will see if I can stop them getting called
Firstly I only installed mod_readaloud, it showed errors as above, then I also installed and configured filter_poodll, the errors still exsits. I'm running Moodle 3.10 on Nginx. Is there some rewrite rules I should add to the nginx site conf file?
