Please refer to #3 for the discussion on ES6 syntax.

Some notes about changes in this pull request.

I'd like to provide the explanation for all the snippets, so that, new users will be easier to pickup what they need.
Beside the UltisSnip snippets, I've also modified Readme to notice the changes and the limitation of my fork. Please review and update if needed.
