A possible implementation that resolves issue #14

Changes:

implement the feature in PrevNext function of backend.py
add a checkbox in the GUI that toggles this option
modify the saving of settings in the json config file (now also saves whether the mentioned feature is toggled on or off)

awesome thanks! I'm also adding another option to set how much you can seek forward or backward. I'll set a new release soon
