When putting on headset skeleton whacks out #4

It seems like wehn I put on my VR headset the skeleton satrts spinning randomly, and/or cross it's legg and arms.

What headset are you using? I only tested it on the Quest 2, so it may not work with other PCVR headsets.

The calibration system is reliant on standing still when SteamVR starts up; this makes it convenient to use when you have exact control over when SteamVR starts (i.e. using Quest with AirLink/Virtual Desktop). However, when using a traditional PCVR headset, there may not be as much control and the calibration system may not work as well.

I'll fix this by improving the manual calibration system, right now it's a bit wonky as I've focused on startup calibration more. This should hopefully improve this spinning problem.
