VB error in Mission Planner

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enter terminal screen
2. Connect APM to computer
3. Hit enter (in an attempt to hit enter 3x)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expected to see the APM CLI, but I get the attached error instead.  CLI in 
the mission planner has been functionless for at least a year, near as I can 
tell.  Works like gold in SecureCRT or Putty.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.73 on Windows 7 x64
Using mission planner version 1.2.58

Please provide any additional information below.
