Database benchmarking script is located in lib/cbr_numpy/benchmark_db.py. Run database benchmarking with make benchmark-db. Benchmarking data will be appended to lib/cbr_numpy/data/benchmarking/benchmarks.csv.
A couple of things to note:
Some large cells break the formatting of the csv file, despite limiting the size of the original code in the csv.
As the benchmarking script directly executes code from the database, a number of garbage files will form while the script runs (I've just been manually deleting these afterwards).
