Use symlinks entry hooks instead of shell script files #5

We may replace the standard SVN hooks by some symbolic links which would directly point to execute_all_same_hooks.sh, provided that we are able to get the original working directory. Or we could use the hooks-env configuration variable if available, as described in #6.
