OS version and name: Mac os 10.15.7 (Catalina)
Fish shell version: 3.1.2
VirtualFish version: 2.5.0

vf desactivate subcommand seems disabled

This behavior is correct. That sub-command does not exist. Please re-read the docs carefully.

You have misspelled the name of the command. It should be: vf deactivate
