Add example of creating and deleting a file #187

I wanted this feature for a while, but I'm not an expert in VimScript, so I didn't know how to do this myself. I found an example of someone adding these features in a vimrc, and it was enough to tweak them to make them my own. So I thought it would be worth adding to the readme, since it could probably help others out!

Thank you for the effort! But I wouldn't actually recommend this so I'm going to pass. I do these actions often, without any mappings:

DeleteItemUnderCursor is simply .rm<enter>
CreateFile is :e %foo<enter> (mentioned in the readme)
