Bring back default - mapping in dirvish buffers #227

Fixes #226 in case where you don't have your own dirvish mapping to DirUp.

there is a global mapping to - defined in plugin/dirvish.vim , see also https://github.com/justinmk/vim-dirvish/issues/226
