Hyperglot tweaks

A few minor tweaks to Hyperglot usage in the code. I'll comment in-line to expand.

Updated to retain the speakers with "no data". Thanks for pointing this out about the Hyperglot dict/object usage; I've updated this in the dev branch and in the future it should be easier to simply work with the object and still retain access to unset values from the yaml.

(If you notice other quirks like that, I'm happy to look if there are betters ways to implement something 👍 )
