error when glyph already exists #4

I imagine this is because I just added the Ngrave from another language. Perhaps the UI needs to refresh after someone clicks "Add selected glyphs"?

Thanks, I've fixed it. Now TalkingLeaves will avoid adding glyphs already present in the font, in case they were added in some other way while the TalkingLeaves window was open. It will also refresh the languages list more often (after clicking Add selected glyphs, and whenever the TL window becomes active).
