Calculate Elevation #6

For every census-designated place, I should be able to retrieve an elevation/altitude value. Not too concerned about variation intra-place since this will serve as more of a broad marker than something needing perfect precision. As a result, using place centroid should be fine.

This was fairly easy to do with the help of the elevatr package. Stored elevation in feet.
