Toonify error #8

Hello Developers! Toonify works well. It's no different, Toonify doesn't work very well. If you upload an image and do toonifying, you have to wait for a while and then the toonifyed image should come out, but only a white window opens and no result comes out. I hope you can fix the error! Please excuse me for using a translator because I can't speak English! thank you!
