[CLOSED] Change staging DB name from termlio to termliostage #24

This won't be too hard for me to do. Just for clarity, and only if we want to do so.

@jeffw16 Sounds good. Let's go ahead and change prod as well to just "termlio." That way it models our URL structure as well... After you rename those databases, immediately merge these PRs to minimize downtime. I'd suggest doing this late at night so users don't feel the impact.

Looks like this has been resolved.
