Add tooltips to describe action rolls #29

Playing with new players, and it sure would be handy to have a quick reference for what the action rolls mean. This uses Foundry v10's tooltip system to provide that.

Looks good. Merging. I didn't realize tooltips were so simple now. Switched my hover listener on the ability names over to native v10 tooltips too. Thanks!
