Update /testimonies page #7

Update the testimonies page where it is sorted by colums instead of rows.

remove popup/modal functionality
remove overflow: hidden
allow the cards to be different heights
make sure the graphql query is sorted by graduating class. Most Recent -> Oldest

thinking of using bootstrap's card-column class, then just using the css property column-count, however it doesn't align easily and it also will render it from top down vs from left to right. I think that the current layout is the best layout.
