Fix: bbPress user profile and other pages is not showing in breadcrumb! #29

It shows only home or 404 for users pages inside bbPress!

While I appreciate the PR, I don't plan to add in bbPress support at this time. I did have it in the past, but it was too much work making sure functions were not removed and so on. Although, I'm sure the bbPress code is more stable now.

But, I made the decision to not start adding in support like this for various plugins. It'd be easier for those plugins, such as bbPress, to add in support for Breadcrumb Trail.

I'd be happy to add in any necessary hooks and so forth if needed.
