Control type documentation #22

Firstly I would just like to say what a great step forward this is to improve the postmeta data in the backend.

I was just wondering where I could find more documentation on some of the basic control type settings for eg: palette, parent or select-group etc.

I'm in the process of working on more docs. For now, the inline docs are all we have. :)

Folks are more than welcome to start writing Wiki pages too.

@justintadlock Seems wiki is restricted to those, who have push access to repo.
