Allow creating more than one portfolio collection #2

Something I sorely miss in every portfolio theme I've tried is the ability to have more than one dedicated showcase section. You're only ever given the one page you can point to, and that's where your showcase is, you can't make multiple. I understand that this might often be best practice for the sake of simplicity, but sometimes I've found myself in dire need of greater flexibility.

What if for instance an artist does both 3D modeling and 2D concept art. For both presentation and data (using analytics to see which skillset visitors seem more interested in), having a clear separation between the two could be very benefitial.

The plugin already allows multiple portfolios right now. You can have an infinite number of "showcase" sections out of the box. Unless I'm missing something you're saying??

Hmmm nope, this is probably what I was looking for. I just got a bit ahead of myself since it wasn't immediately obvious how the plugin worked due to what appears to be some incompatibility with the portfolio theme I'm testing it on, hence the other enhancement request.
