Orderby menu order #10

Hey Justin, I thought it might also be cool to add an additional option for how a user can sort Whistles, so I added "Menu Order" as an option. Let me know what you think.

I'm thinking ordering by menu_order might not be too bad. I'll look into this.

I can't accept your patch because of 1) It makes unrelated changes and 2) It's on the stable, master branch rather than a dev branch.

Thanks for the note, Justin. I think the "unrelated changes" have to do with whitespace cleanup, which I've got turned on in my editor. I'll resubmit this.
