Where is the documentation for whispers in IRC docs?

Just dropping a suggestion for the IRC documentation page because I noticed that the whisper system in the IRC protocol hasn't yet been documented. It's been almost a year since they were first introduced too!

As an IRC chat user for almost a year now, here's what I've observed with whispers in IRC:

• The user sends /w name message to any channel as an outgoing PRIVMSG command. Someone in the dev forums recommended to use #jtv as the channel name for all whispers, but from my experience you can actually send them from any channel.
• Received whispers come in as WHISPER commands and have similar IRCv3 tags (if requested beforehand) and format as PRIVMSG. The receiving data looks something like this (without the tags): :twitch_username!twitch_username@twitch_username.tmi.twitch.tv WHISPER your_name :message
• You get a NOTICE if you whisper to yourself or a non-existent Twitch username.
• Finally, you must have CAP REQ :twitch.tv/commands already sent when you're connected to allow this functionality.

And as a sidenote, in the past, you must connect to the group server cluster in order to send and receive whispers, but because they have been recently merged with AWS, you can (finally) send whispers from both group and main chatrooms, just like in web chat!

I think whispers aren't documented (and implemented in a kind of obscure way instead of PRIVMSGing directly), since twitch wants to move away from the current system.
