Here are some of the changes that I've done. I apologise if I've messed anything up with this process as this is my first contribution to open source. Let me know if there's any issues with what I've done. I think the README should be updated to mention setting up a cron job for removing expired pastes (I've written the command already). I'll probably look at, in the future, making expirations an option in settings.py also so that it can be turned off if necessary.

It looks great! Good job. I added a few comments to the commit. I'll definitely merge it, but I just wanted to get your input on the comments before I do.
