Stop "add another file to this paste" from being sortable #9

When creating a new paste, the "add another file to this paste" line is sortable just like the individual pastes. It does not make sense to sort this item and it also causes some visual issues with the "create paste" and "delete this file" button of the bottom-most paste (Chrome 16.0, OSX 10.7).
