Add RVM segment for Rubyists who use RVM #340

Includes a configurable indicator and theme colors. Based heavily on the rbenv segment, with some novel work to extract the RVM gemset from an environment variable.

Also re: testing, I've been happily using this locally for the past ten days. Works like a charm.
