Could not find package jsthon/flarum-ext-simplified-chinese at any version for your minimum-stability (stable)

版本信息：

flarum为官方github最新版

中文插件也为github最新版

另外对composer不熟悉，可能存在操作不当的问题，希望能指出！

以下是我安装步骤：

git clone 至 vendor/flarum/ 下，执行```
composer require jsthon/flarum-ext-simplified-chinese

其他目录也尝试过，依旧报错。

报错：

先聲明：我也不熟，但是我是這麼做的並且有效。

你應該在composer create-project的那個目錄下執行composer require jsthon/flarum-ext-simplified-chinese

就我的觀察，整個項目的依賴都是composer在管理——在最上層管理——就像git的submodule一樣。 所以除非自己需要進行版本控制，否則git命令不需要親自使用。
