You are not granted any trademark rights or licenses to the trademarks of the Mozilla Foundation or any party, including without limitation the Firefox name or logo.

The logo files containing our trademarks are available under the following copyright licenses: vector logo files under CC-BY 3.0 or later; bitmap logo files under MPL 2.

我比较困惑的一个问题是，当我们去拿 logo 去印刷的时候，应该遵循的是 vector logo files 的 license 还是 trademark 的 license

我的理解是，不能声明自己拥有 Firefox 品牌，也不能暗示自己和 Firefox 有合作关系或者得到了Firefox 的支持等，但是可以在 CC-BY 3.0 协议下使用 Firefox 的 vector logo。

其实最好是还发邮件咨询一下。

我先把 可用 的 tag 去掉，毕竟是商业用途。

刚才在研究 Font Awesome 的 license，Font Awesome 收录了 2000+ 的图标，其中包含了 Google、微信、微博、……等。但是 Font Awesome 在 license 中明确声明了：

  • All brand icons are trademarks of their respective owners.
  • The use of these trademarks does not indicate endorsement of the trademark holder by Font Awesome, nor vice versa.
  • Brand icons should only be used to represent the company or product to which they refer.
  • Please do not use brand logos for any purpose except to represent that particular brand or service.

品牌商标归原公司所有，这些商标的使用并不表示 Font Awesome 对商标持有权的认可，品牌图标只能用来代表他们所指的公司或产品，除了代表特定的品牌或服务外，请勿将品牌标志用于任何其它目的
